Healthy Chocolate Recipe

Hey everyone!

I’m so happy to write my first “food” themed blog post. As you might know, I have a food blog on Instagram with the name “Cookysimo”. You can check my account from here. I love to try new recipes as well as prepare my meals. That’s why today I’m going to share with Y’all my healthy chocolate recipe. It’s so easy to do and I’m sure you’ll love it. After I did this recipe I realized that it’s not necessary to buy chocolate from supermarkets.

Ingredients:

  • 30 grams of coconut oil
  • 20 grams of cacao powder
  • 15 grams of honey (you can prefer maple or agave syrup)

Please taste the mixture while you add the sweetener. Everyone’s taste is different.

Directions:

  1. Melt the coconut oil. Put the liquid coconut oil in a bowl and add the cacao powder. Mix them well.

2. Add your sweetener and mix it. Pour the mixture into a chocolate template.

3.You can add dried fruits and nuts on top of your chocolates.

I preferred dried strawberries as dried fruit

4. Put the templates into a freezer and wait for 1 hour.

Enjoy!

Tip: As we’re in summer, the chocolates may melt at room temperature. Make sure you put the chocolates in the fridge after you eat how many you want.
