Hello my lovely readers,
As you might know, I started going to the Culinary Arts Academy this Monday, on July 2. On this blog post I’d love to mention how my first week went, which recipes I did and what I’ve learned during my 5 hour long lessons. If you haven’t read my life update you can reach it from here.
Even though it was my first time at the academy, I didn’t find it too difficult to be in the kitchen for nearly 5 hours. I think it’s because I spend most of my time in the kitchen at my home too! I really love cooking that’s why I already knew that I’ll have so much fun at the academy.

Kitchen Brigade, How to use knife properly
I couldn’t believe that cooking a roast chicken was that easy. It turned out to be very juicy in inside too!

I did all of this fettuccine styled pasta by myself. It turned out to be delicious. There were special machines at the academy for making different kinds of pasta.
My first week went pretty well. I had so much fun during these 5 days. I learnt so many new things about kitchen and cooking. I felt pretty tired after my 5 hour long lessons because I had to travel a long distance in order to go to the academy.
